We have acquired over £500m of real-estate for clients since 1996 ranging from studio apartments to town houses to country estates.

Today we have approximately £300m of real-estate under direct management. Additionally we are advising on a further £700m of prime new build London residential developments.

Uniquely in our sector we are Chartered Surveyors. We are fully qualified and highly experienced property professionals. We comply with the highest professional standards and ethics criteria as set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).


We act for private individuals and companies, private investment clients, family offices and wealth managers/advisers including a number of UK and international Private Banks. We advise clients on homes to buy and for investment purposes on single and multiple-units properties including flats, houses and apartment blocks. We buy, lease and sale commercial properties for our clients.

In London and the South East of England, Curzon provide a “Total Property Solution” service to our clients. We source, buy, fit-out, furnish, refurbish, build, let, property manage and asset manage prime property and investments for our clients. We also sell and rent out properties for our clients.

Across the UK we find and buy country houses, private estates, sporting estates and farms for clients.

In 2012 Curzon commenced private client residential buying and investment services in New York where our directors have over 25 years of direct business and real estate experience.

Our Australian buying and investment services out of Sydney were launched in Autumn 2012.

In 2013 we commenced our Swiss residential and commercial acquisition services. We have worked in Switzerland for 15-years with corporate clients and know the country, its laws, customs and government structures particularly well.

At the start of 2014 our Private Client buying services were extended to Paris, Brussels and the Channel Islands.


Curzon was founded in 1996 by James Moss FRICS, MCIArb. The original business was called “Homesearch London” which was one of London’s first specialist independent home search companies.

The business expanded in to property management for investment clients shortly afterwards under the Curzon brand. In 1998 the company diversified in to the UK and international Corporate Relocation sector as HSG Mobility, where it swiftly established a strong market presence.

In 2013 all businesses were rebranded under the Curzon banner.

Our sister company, Curzon Relocation, is one of the UK’s leading independent corporate relocation businesses. The company was voted “European Relocation Company of the Year 2012” and “runner up” 2013 for the same prestigious EMMA industry award.

In January 2014 the two businesses were separated in to individual companies as “Curzon Property Consultants” and “Curzon Relocation.” Each company is independently owned and managed.
