Londoners reluctant to lower their house price growth expectations are opting to stay put instead of selling up.
The market is subdued. Overall London house prices are (-0.6%) lower than this time last year. As ever it is a tale of two London’s – “Prime Central London” (PLC) and Outer London boroughs.
